Service Gold Award

At the end of 2007 The Service Gold Award was given to hotel staff in Singapore as the recognition of their work.

All in all 92 recipients have received this national award. 19 of those awarded were 50 years and older.

This is a good tradition in hotel industry of Singapore to offer employment opportunities to older workers. This will promote their financial independence and make them socially active.
