I won’t agree with those people who say that two-day stay is enough for visiting Singapore for the first time. When you are planning a short (but not too short!) travel to Singapore, the best thing to do is planning out what places of interest you would like to visit during your stay here. Singapore is the pretty destination for travel because it offers a lot of interesting places to go: the most amazing sights, shopping and different authentic cuisines.
Below, you'll find some places you shouldn’t miss.
The Singapore Zoo is one of the most beautiful zoos in the world. It may be called “an open zoo”, because there no cages here. The animals are separated from visitors by means of wet and dry moats concealed with dense vegetation. You can hop on board of the tram to view the zoo. The tram will bring you to three stops where you can get out of it and go on exploring the zoo on foot.
If you visit Night Safari you’ll see wild animals in a different light. You’ll explore night wildlife in the tropical jungle atmosphere in 40 hectares of lush rainforest with over 1000 nocturnal animals.
Jurong Bird Park is the next place you should not miss. It has over 9,000 birds and is one of the world’s best in the conservation and display of birds in natural settings. You’ll enjoy unique shows of birds here.
Sentosa Island is a unique place where you’ll find a lot of attractions, water sports, sandy beaches, golf courses and hotel resorts. If you have time you should better spend here at least 2 days. The unforgettable experience for you children!
Besides one should explore Chinatown, Little India, Clarke Quay, Botanic Gardens and many other places.
